  • 1 tbspRed Pepper Flakes
  • 2 dashChili Powder
  • 1/4 tspGarlic Powder
  • Salt and Peppee
  • 2Chicken Breasts

    Gather Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.

    Place chicken on foil and spread mixture over the foil.

    Wrap the foil up and put chicken in a baking dish.

    Cook chicken for 45 minutes.
