Bring to boil 3 cups of water

When water is boiled start adding your maize flour bits by bits as you stir with a wooden spoon

Keep turning by now your mixture is solid make sure no traces of flour

Keep turning for about 10 mins

When you start smelling that sweet aroma your ugali is ready

Shape it nicely and place it in plate, your ugali is ready to Serve

Cut onion in a pot add 4 tablespoon cooking oil, let the onion cook till trasculent

Add your cut tomatoes and salt according to your taste

Cover for 5mins let it simmer until well cooked

Add beef and stir nicely add a little water cover for 10mins / until water is dried up

Add in your shredded spinach as you keep stiring

Continue stirring for about 10mins until everything is well mixed

And your ugali beef spinach is ready to serve
