Peel of potatoes. Mash them finely. Grind oats coarsely in grinder. Mix all ingredients in mashed potatoes. Mix all properly.

Make slurry by mixing maida and water.

Apply oil on your palm. Make equal size tikkies.

Break wheat sevai in small pieces.

Dip coquette in slurry.

Remove it from slurry and roll it in sevai.

Make all croquettes in same way.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once heated drop croquettes carefully in oil. Deep fry them on medium flame until golden brown.

Oats & potatoes croquettes are ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce.
