Ingredients

8 people
  • 2 cupsuncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp.Dijon mustard (to taste)
  • 2 tsp.Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp.White vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Veggies. I used black olives, cucumber and shredded carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse.

  2. 2

    Combine all other ingredients, except veggies, and whisk together in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Cut up and shred veggies and add to cooled pasta. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add dressing mix to pasta and veggies and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
