Steps

Take a bowl add soaked rice then add red chilli powder mix it well.

Take another bowl add potato, Paneer, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, Salt mix it well.

Add bread crumbs mix it well.

Take a steamer add water and preheat it on medium.
- 5
Make ball from the potatoes mixture then coat it with rice.

Grease the tray with oil and put dumplings on it then steam it on medium flame for 15min.

Rice flower dumplings is ready to serve serve it with Sezwan chutney.
