Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice (soaked for 30min)
  • 2Potato medium sized (boiled and mashed)
  • 2 tablespoonPaneer (grated)
  • 1 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • to tasteSalt salt
  • 1Onion medium sized (finely chopped)
  • 1Ginger (grated)
  • 4Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonOil
  • 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoonBread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add soaked rice then add red chilli powder mix it well.

  2. 2

    Take another bowl add potato, Paneer, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, Salt mix it well.

    Add bread crumbs mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take a steamer add water and preheat it on medium.

  5. 5

    Make ball from the potatoes mixture then coat it with rice.

  6. 6

    Grease the tray with oil and put dumplings on it then steam it on medium flame for 15min.

    Rice flower dumplings is ready to serve serve it with Sezwan chutney.
