1 cupSemolina
3Potato medium size (boiled and mashed)
1tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
1Green chilli (finely chopped)
to tasteSalt
2 cupOil (for frying)

Take a bowl add semolina, potato, coriander leaves, salt mix it well.

Make fingers from the mixture.

Take a pan add oil.

Fry the finger on medium flame till it golden brown.

Sooji crispy fingers is ready to serve serve it with Coconut Chutney.
