Pan dry your fillet on a hot pan. Let it brown on both sides

Prepare your marinade by mixing your paprika, Lemon juice, salt, and buttermilk.Make some slits on your fillet and put it in the marinade

Ensure it is well- coated all over. Pour a little in a hot pan, and place your fillet.Let it cook and add any left over marinade on it

Flip to the other side and let it cook till ready

Serve with vegetable rice or any starch
