# Mother's day
First subji i learnt from my loving mom is dry bhindi subji.
I saw from my childhood everyone is using curd , tomatoes, lemon juice, buttermilk etc to remove stickyness from bhindi . And after adding this subjj's colour change because of colour change and stickyness of bhindi i never eat bhindi in my childhood .
Bt my mom makes bhindi for me with very less masala and colour also nt change it looks green and stay green for long time .And she teach me this bhindi subji.Now my son's favourite subji is also bhindi.
Love u mom😘 you r the best cook in my world.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBhindi
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tsprai
  4. 1/2 tspjeera
  5. 1/2 tspmethi dana
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2green chilli
  9. Pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the bhindi and dry them properly.then cut into two parts and make pieces.

  2. 2

    Do tadka with rai,jeera, methidana,hing, green chilli, turmeric and add bhindi and salt

  3. 3

    On fast flame stir fry bhindi till soft within five minutes your subji will cook.

  4. 4

    Then don't cover a lid when subjj is done.

  5. 5

    Dry bhindi subjj is done.
