Cut the zucchini into cubes, place them in a pot with water, and cook for 15 minutes.

Once the zucchini is cooked, drain in a colander and let cool slightly.

While the zucchini is cooking, dice the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté them in a large skillet until the onion softens, then add the ground beef and season to taste.

Beat the 3 eggs and combine them in a bowl with the zucchini and the beef mixture. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
