2 tbspFlax seeds
2 tbspOats
2 tbspRice flour
2 tbsp Gram flour
2 tbspCurd
2 tbspChopped onion
1/2 tspChopped green chilli
2 tbspChopped cabbage
1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
Water as required
2 tbspOil

Dry roast the flax seeds and oats separately

Once cooled blend to make a powder.

Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and spread the batter.

Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake
6

Flip it when done on one side.

Serve hot.
