Apply margarine on both sides of bread slices

In a bowl whisk the eggs and add a pinch of salt

Heat your pan and one by one or as your pan allows toast the slices. The outcome is like this and is sweet too

One by one apply some egg on every side then apply little margarine or cooking oil on the pan and place toast. Remove when both sides are ready. Repeat till you finish with all slices.

Fry any egg that remains sandwich it in the toast.

Good for breakfast. Served the egg toast with tea cooked with ginger, Cinnamon and cardamom
