This is a traditional and famous dish of kerala. Onam celebration feels in complete without Ada pradhaman.It can be prepared easily.The flavar is too good.
This is the first sweet recipe thought by my mother.she used to teach me very simple dishes which used to taste awesome. Her recipes are so good that no one else can prepare like that. Because she prepares everything with lots of love I thick that makes the food more tastier !!!! So the secret ingredient is always love.
The feeling when we cook together with mom in her guidance and taste the prepared food is the best feeling.

Boil the milk well (coconut milk can also be used instead of milk)

Add Ada cook it for about 20 minutes in a low flame.

Then add sugar/jaggery and boil it well.

At the end Roast the cashews in the ghee you can even add small pieces of almonds

Put some cardamom powder.

Now Ada payasa is ready
* Ada is available in any Indian kerala grocery stores. - 7
The consistency will get thick in room temperature.if it is too thick add some warm milk and mix it well before serving.
