Peel the karela

Grate the raw mango

All spices except jeera hing.. Mix with grated raw mango.

Cut the karela in the middle.. Put some salt in it.. Keep aside for half an hours.

Now wash the karele in full water sqeeze them
- 6
Fill the spices in each karela, wrap with the thread properly.

Take a vessel, add oil and hing, add all karela one by one, cover it with the lid. Slow the flame.

After some time change the side of each karela.... Roast for few of minutes till all karela will be crispy and cook.

Karela are ready to eat.
