  1. 1 kgStewing Beef
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  4. 1green pepper, chopped
  5. 1 tspgarlic and herb spice
  6. 1 tspPortuguese spice
  7. 1 cupAutum white wine
  8. 3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Fry onion with garlic and herb spice

  2. 2

    Marinate meat with a glass of wine and Portuguese spice let stay for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the meat in your onion pot

  4. 4

    Let it cook until almost done then add chopped vegetables and simmer for 20 minutes
