Brad's mustard sage roasted fingerlings

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lbstri color fingerling potatoes
  2. 1 lbasparagus
  3. 2 tbsolive oil
  4. 1 tspminced garlic
  5. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  6. 1 tspgranulated tomato chicken bouillon
  7. 1 tbsrubbed sage
  8. 3 tbshoney mustard

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into 1 " chunks. Add oil and seasonings. Roast 10 minutes at 400.

  2. 2

    Cut asparagus into 1 " chunks. Add to potatoes with garlic. Roast until potatoes are tender. 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from oven and stir in mustard while hot. Serve immediately. Enjoy

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
