Ingredients

  • 2-3bread slices
  • 1 cupsugar syrup
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tsprabri
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut bread slices into four pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread slices till golden in colour.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder in sugar syrup and mix well.

  4. 4

    Dip fried bread slices into sugar syrup

  5. 5

    Transfer into a serving bowl, spread rabri and serve it.
