Steps

Dry roast oats and coarsely ground it.

Break eggs.Beat them and mix oats and milk.Keep it for 15 min to mature.

After 15 min, add chopped onion,chilli,coriander and salt.

Beat well.Heat a non stick griddle and smear it with oil.Spread batter.Fry it on both sides.

Grate cheese over the omellete and serve this wholemeal omellete with tomato sauce
