I really have just trying to expand everything I do in the kitchen. Experimenting with rice rolls was soo out of my element and unlike any of my recipes... But I went on a limb and they are actually delicious:) I love when that happens!

Soften rice paper in a shallow dish of warm water.

It will look like this once you bring it out of the water.

Combine ingredients into the rice roll. Add any veggie you would like !!

Roll up so all ingredients are tucked in neatly. I did my best and this is my first time experimenting.. What can I say I tried. Haha
