Cream together 1 1/2 cups sugar, butter, and cream cheese till fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract; beat until smooth.

Stir together flour and baking powder; stir into creamed mixture.

Divide mixture into thirds. Chill one portion 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until firm.

To second portion add food coloring. Force through a cookie press onto ungraded cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove to reach to cool. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with colored sugar.

To third portion of dough. Blend in melted chocolate. Pinch of walnut sized balls. Roll logs about 2 1/2 inch length. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes; cool. Prepare icing; remove 1/4 of the icing; add enough milk for dipping; dip one end in icing them in sprinkles.

Roll out chilled dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into shape. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Cool; frost with remaining icing; sprinkle with colored sugar.
