Wash the chicken breasts well and slice each breast in half lengthwise.

Pound the chicken lightly until it’s thin and easy to roll.

If you don’t have a meat mallet, use the bottom of a glass to gently pound the chicken.

Add the spices to the eggs and mix well.

Prepare the breadcrumbs in a separate dish.

Place cheddar cheese on top of the chicken, then roll the chicken up tightly.

After rolling, make sure the chicken is sealed well.

Secure the roll with small wooden toothpicks.

Dip the roll in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil over medium-high heat. While frying, poke holes in the chicken roll with a fork so the oil can get inside and cook the chicken thoroughly. Fry until golden and cooked through.

Serve hot in a sandwich with your choice of fillings, or on a plate with rice (or pasta with white sauce), your favorite sauce, soup, and salads.

My filling was ketchup, California French-style sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles. Enjoy!
