Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsfine semolina (about 240 grams)
  2. 1 cupsugar (about 200 grams)
  3. 1 cupshredded coconut (about 80 grams)
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 2 tablespoonspowdered milk (about 16 grams)
  6. 1 pinchbaking soda
  7. 1 cupplain yogurt (about 240 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix well until everything is fully combined.

  2. 2

    Grease a baking pan with butter or ghee. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
