Peel the potato wash and boiled live it to cool then mashed the potato,fried minced meat with onions and spices live it a side,cut onions,pepper,maggi 2,salt,parsley,flour,bread crumbs,egg

Add all d ingredients in d picture shown below to the mashed potato mix it well then shaped it like potatoes

Put your oil on fire to be hot,take each potato croquette in flour then remove take it to egg then to bread crumbs and fried
