Ingredients

  1. 250 gButter
  2. 80 gIcing Sugar
  3. 250 gPotato Starch
  4. 200 gFlour
  5. 1/8 tspSalt
  6. 3 tspMilk powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk butter and icing sugar.

  2. 2

    Sift Potato starch, flour, salt and milk powder into batter.

  3. 3

    Mix well, mold.

  4. 4

    Bake for 15mins, 160c, 2号风. Switch trays in between.
