Ingredients

  • 4eggs (boiled)
  • As neededOil
  • as neededGhee
  • 4Potatoes
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupGreen masala (ginger, garlic ,coriander , green chillies )
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 inchCinnamon stick
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupFried onion
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 2 cupsRice soaked
  • Whole spices
  • 3 tspSaffron milk
  • As neededCoriander for garnishing
  • 1/2 cupFried onions for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a vessel heat ghee water whole spices and salt... put soaked rice in it and boil till half cooked

  2. 2

    Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside

  3. 3

    In another vessel heat oil thn put adrak lasun paste hara masala fried onions tomatoes curd salt cook it for a while... put bolied eggs on it and cook for another 5 mins... then remove eggs from it and keep aside

  4. 4

    Put boiled rice on it

  5. 5

    Put saffron milk on rice

  6. 6

    For garnishing: boiled eggs potatoes coriander fried onion... cook it with lid for 45 mins...
