Steps

Wash and peel the gourd and cut into 4 small pieces and pressure cook for 1 whistle only (HALF COOKED)

Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan..add mustard seed and cumin seeds.once they splutter add hing and kasoori maithi...stir

Add finely chopped onion and saute till the onion turn light brown or translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste saute...and add kashmiri red chilli powder

Add tomatoes and remaining all dry masala and saute them till tomatoes soften and raw aroma goes away.

Add cream or Malai and stir until masala leaves oil.

Add salt and half cooked tinda and cook for about 4-5min.till tinda masala nicely coated with the gravy.

Add 1tbsp curd..cook for 1min.and then add water as required and cook covered for another 4-5min.until oil separated.

Garnish with fresh coriander and cream...serve hot with chapaties..
