Fry sevaiya in one table spoon oil and keep aside.

In a pan take two table spoon oil and chopped onion and tomato.let it become mushy.

Add vegetables and dry spices.Allow vegetable to cook.

When vegetables are done add one cup water.

When it comes to boil add roasted sevaiya.

Cook until sevaiya is done.

Garnish with coriander and serve with raita,curry or salad.
