In a frying pan add a little oil and fry for 1 minute then add the garlic and stir around

Next add the beef mince and smoked sausage and fry until the meat is all coloured.

Then add all the ingredients and the stock cubes disolved in boiled water.

And the Tomatoes stir and add it all to the slow cooker on high

Rinse pasta and add it to a saucepan with plenty of water and boil for 10 minutes then rinse and add it to the slow cooked meat for the last hour of the slow cooking.

Slow cook and cook on high for 4 hours.

Serve Hot
