Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupBasmathi rice -
  2. 2 cupsTender coconut Water -
  3. 1 tbspGreen chilly Ginger paste -
  4. 3Oil -
  5. Salt for taste
  6. cupTendercoconut pulp -1/4
  7. ingredients for marination
  8. 100 gramPaneer -
  9. Red bell pepper (cubes) - 1 numb
  10. Boiled tender jackfruit cubes - 100grams
  11. Onions (cubes) - 2 number
  12. 1 tablespoonsTomato ketchup -
  13. 1 teaspoonsCorn flour -
  14. Chilli powder - 2 tsps
  15. 1 teaspoonsCoriander powder -
  16. to tasteSalt -
  17. 1 tspSoya sauce -
  18. 1 tbspTamarind juice -
  19. 1 tbspThyme sauce -
  20. 1/2 teaspoonsVinegar -
  21. 1 tablespoonsSugar -
  22. 2 tbspsOil -
  23. THYME SAUCE Heat the 1 tbsps of butter in a pan on a low heat
  24. and add the 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tspthyme, 1 tsp mustard p
  25. powder and 3 tbsps of water cook until the sauce is thick

Steps

    Take a bowl, add sugar, vinegar, pepper powder, soya sauce, thyme, salt, curry powder, corn flour, tamarind juice,coriander powder,  tomato ketchup,  oil, and mix well.

    In this, add onions, bell pepper (red, yellow, green), boiled tender jackfruit pieces, paneer,  mix it and keep aside for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Take a skewer, skew all vegetable in order and put it on hot griddle. Later pour the marinade mixture on the vegetables and cook it with closed lid on all sides on slow flame.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile take a pan, add the left over the mixture, add tomatoes, chili paste, cook it for 2 minutes to make accompanying sauce.

    Method for making tender cocout water biriyani.

  6. 6

    Wash and drain the basmati rice.

    Pressure cook adding 2 cups of tender coconut water and pulp mixture adding green chilly ginger mixture, salt and one tsp of oil.

  7. 7

    Then add cooked basmati rice and toss them.

    Serve the cooked skewered tender jack fruit vegetables on bed of tender coconut water biriyani with the accompanying sauce.
