Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbsground beef (1 kilogram)
  2. 1/4 cupchopped parsley (about 15 grams)
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 2hot chili peppers
  5. 1large tomato
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/2small baguette, soaked in milk
  8. Salt
  9. Black pepper
  10. Mixed spices
  11. Ginger
  12. Paprika
  13. Cinnamon
  14. Garlic powder and onion powder

Steps

    Finely chop the onion, chili peppers, and tomato in a food processor.

    Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the chopped mixture.

    Squeeze out the excess milk from the soaked baguette, then add it to the bowl along with the egg.

    Add all the spices, adjust the seasoning to taste, and mix well.

    Shape the kofta onto skewers or form into logs and arrange them on a baking sheet.

    Alternatively, shape the mixture into meatballs.

    Place the meatballs on the same baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven.

    Once cooked through, serve hot with green salad and tahini sauce.
