Ingredients

  • 3egg white
  • 750 gmsicing sugar
  • 1/4 Tbspurple and pink food colors
  • 1kgs baked chocolate cake

    Separate yolk and egg white and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix icing sugar and egg white,separate into 3 portions, in the first two portion add purple and pink colors separately.

    From the top spread the last portion from 2 on top of the cake and let it dry for 30minutes

    Using your piping bag and decorating set shapes of your choice,decorate accordingly
