Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe chopped mangoes
  • 2 cupmalai(I used home malai)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspDry fruits
  • 1 tspSaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Churn in the mixer
    Make a smooth paste
    Garnish with dry fruits (I used vadam and pista) kaju is also good
    And used some kesar

    Store it in a freezer at least for 7 to 8 hours

    And your ice cream is ready
