Ingredients

  • 2soup spoon of oatmeal
  • 1soup spoon of quinoa
  • 1asparagus (mince)
  • Fresh mushroom (mince)
  • 250 mlmushroom water (water from rehydrating dried mushroom) or use any soup base or water

Steps

    Mince the asparagus and fresh mushroom

    Put all ingredients into the steamer pot/pot and put 250ml of mushroom water.

    Steam or cook until quinoa and oat has soften. I use electric double-boiler and set for steam for one hour.

After visiting my sick (AML leukemia) aunt, God let me stay longer away from home to take care of her. Food intakes is important to combat this nasty cancer. So those recipe without salt and oil are for her. Cookpad is a good platform to share my recipe especially with her family.
