Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 3large Cucumbers less for different types of Cucumber
  • 2large ripened on the vine tomatoes
  • To tastekosher salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoondill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoononion powder
  • To tasteground black pepper optional
  • To tastered wine vinegar

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the tomatoes and Cucumbers. Peel the Cucumber and slice

  2. 2

    Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a plate season as you desire and splash with red wine vinegar.

  3. 3

    Optional you can chill before serving.
