Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 stickbutter divided
  3. 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt more if desired
  4. 2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt half the butter in a pot.

  2. 2

    Add the rice and fry in the butter till browned.

    Add the water, salt, and rest of butter.

    Boil till rice has no more water in it cover and let sit covered and undisturbed for 15 minutes.
