  4. 4cucumbers
  5. 1green onion
  6. Salt
  7. Olive oil
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Fresh thyme
  10. Fresh mint
  11. Dried mint
  12. 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  13. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed

    Wash all the vegetables and chop them. Add salt, olive oil, mint, garlic, vinegar, and lemon juice, then mix everything together.
