  • 6radishes
  • 5tomatoes
  • 4cucumbers
  • 1green onion
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh thyme
  • Fresh mint
  • Dried mint
  • 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  • 2 clovesgarlic, crushed

    Wash all the vegetables and chop them. Add salt, olive oil, mint, garlic, vinegar, and lemon juice, then mix everything together.
