300 gspelt wholegrain flour
1 tablespoonbaking powder
100 gsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
115 gbutter
180 mlmilk
6 gorange peel
10 gvanilla sugar

First mix together all dry ingredients. Add all the liquids. Mix untill smooth structure. Let it rest in the fridge or cool place for 1 hour.

With the press machine make small piles of cookies. Bake them on 180°C for about 12 minutes.
