Pre-bake pie crust at 425°F for 10 min

Turn oven down to 375°F bake 10 more min

Melt butter in pan add in chopped onion, cook until onion is soft

Add chopped garlic cook 1 min

Add chopped kale cook til kale is wilted

Take off heat mix in ricotta and chopped rosemary

Place mixture in pie crust and top with a layer of potatoes, sprinkle leaves from sprig of rosemary and parmesan over the top.

Drizzle olive oil over the top making sure the potatoes are well coated

Bake at the 425°F for 20 min. Then broil til potatoes are golden brown.
