Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1garlic
  4. Leeks (daun bawang)
  5. Parsley (daun sup)
  6. White pepper
  7. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the potatoes in boiling water to soften it. Cut

    Chopped the onion, garlic, leeks & parsley.

    Put the instant noodles in a hot water to soften it.

  4. 4

    Poke the potatoes by using a fork to know if it have soften or not. If it done & soft, lift it from the boiling water.

  5. 5

    Mashed the potatoes.

  6. 6

    Then, put all the ingredients that you have chopped : onion, garlic, leeks & parsley. And also put the white pepper and some instant noodles' flavoring.

  7. 7

    Blend all the ingredients. Then, put the instant noodles and blend it into the potatoes mixed.

  8. 8

    Shape it into a flat oval 😁

  9. 9

    Before we fry it, dip in into the eggs! 🤗

  10. 10

    Tada! Ready to eat 😋
