Mix all the ingredients given for stuffing and keep for rest

Then remove all the seeds from inside the potol by keeping the potol as a whole.

Lightly fry the potol and stir the paneer mixture in pan with little oil

After that take the mixture and put it inside the potol. Notice that potol does not break

For gravy give oil in pan & give the bay leaves & dried chilli and stir.

Add tomato paste and all the ingredients mentioned and cook for 4 min or more till the oil comes out.

After that add the curd and mix it well and cook for another 2 min and water & let it boil for a min.

Then add all the stuffed potol and stir lightly....

At last add some ghee and off the gas.

Serve hot with rice......
