Wash the mango pieces properly and pat dry on cloth for 6 hrs at room temperature..

Now take a huge tub...add mango pieces,salt and turmeric and mix properly...cover it and keep aside for three days mixing it once in a day..

U will notice that water will be released...don't discard it...

Now add rest of all ingredients..red chilli powder,hing,Rai ki daal,methi powder and warm groundnut oil...

Mix it properly..cover it and keep it aside for three days till all the masalas emerge in mango pieces..

Ready to store and serve for whole year...
