Ingredients

10 mimutes
4 servings
  • 1 cuparhar daal soaked before cooking
  • 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  • 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1/2 inchGinger crushed
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededwater
  • As neededoil

Steps

10 mimutes
  1. 1

    Boil the daal adding salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan temper Jeera seed and,leaf and red chilli

  3. 3

    Now saute ginger with salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Pour the boiled daal and mix sugar

  5. 5

    Allow it to boil well

  6. 6

    Daal is ready to be served
