Palang paneer
I love paneer and always prepare some dishes with it.
Steps

Blanch the spinach and make a puree of it

Heat butter in a pan shallow fry the paneer keep aside

Add more butter temper methi seeds saute the onion with salt
- 4
Add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste
- 5
Add jeera dhaniya powder mix well
- 6
As the masala starts releasing oil add the puree
- 7
Allow it to cook well and add paneer cubes when it becomes thick
- 8
Finaly add sugar and kasuri methi crush
- 9
Garnish it with butter and serve
