Colorful veg dum biriyani (biriyani contest)

Firstly take a pan add 1/2 spoon ghee add hole spices saute 1 m now add soked rice and water cook 5 m now strain.

Now dived rice 3 portion 1 portion white 2 colour with spinach and 3 is colour with jaldi(add haldi while rice cook)

Now take cooker add butter and ghee add hole spices saute

Further, saute onions and ginger - garlic paste well.

Additionally, add in mixed vegetables and saute till all vegetables shrinks.

Now add in curd keeping flame on low

Also add in spice powder and salt to taste. mix well

Also add in coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried onions.

Again take a pan heat ghee and add just the rice in 3 layer 1 is white add cooked vigge, fried onion mint leaves, coriander leaves,saffron water

2 green layer follow same procedure

Now 3 layer follow same procedure

Further sprinkle biryani masala powder and salt.

Also place in coriander leaves, mint and fried onions.

Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes

Finally, serve veg biryani with raita.
