Paneer Kadahi

A quick and chatpata Kadahi Paneer is fav of all. There can be lot of fusion with Paneer, so one of could be the Kadahi where varieties of veggies can be mixed with. I prefer it in my jhatpat recipe because cooking time is very less. Also it looks fancy over the table along with all different mixed veggies are full of nutritional value.

Cutting and Crushing : Cut the capsicum and paneer in triangle or diamond shape, cut onion in four section and separate out petals, cut mushroom buttons iinto 4 section, cut tomato from side and not from middle so you get petals, cut into 4 section. Make tomato puree of the left pulp. Crush the Garlic cloves. Slit green chilli.

Blanch and Boil
Boil water with salt. Dip Paneer in hot water for 5 min and take out, dip capsicum for 5 min and take out. Boil mushroom buttons for 5 min and strain. - 3
Cooking
Heat oil in kadahi, splutter crushed coriander and crushed garlic cloves. Add mushroom and capsicum first fry for 2 min then add paneer and onion fry the mixture for 5 min on high heat. Add tomato puree, red chilli salt. Fry for 5 min on medium heat, add black pepper and tomato ketchup, mix them well. After 2 min switch off the flame and add Tomato petals. Serve hot with Indian Bread.
