Take a bowl and mash the potatoes. Finely chop the capsicum and add it into the bowl now add coriander, green chillies, salt and cornflour. Now make a paste of onion and garlic and add into the bowl and mix it well.

Now make the kebabs and shape them like seekh kebabs. In a plate add red chilli sauce and coat kebabs with red chilli sauce and bread crumbs. Fry till golden brown. Kebabs are ready.☺

Serve hot with your favorite dip.
