Ingredients

1 hour 15mins
1 serving
  • Assorted meat -1kg
  • Mixed peppersoup spice- 2 tb spoon
  • Seasoning cubes -1 cube
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste
  • spoonGhana pepper -1/2tb
  • 1 handfulScent leave -
  • Onions -1/2 bulb chopped

Steps

1 hour 15mins
  1. 1

    Wash assorted meat and cook for 1 hour till its tender

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions seasoning cubes and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Add mixed peppersoup spice and Ghana pepper and allow to simmer for 10mins

  4. 4

    Set aside

  5. 5

    Wash and chop scent leave to small bits and add to already cooked soup

  6. 6

    Ready to serve, you can serve along side agidi,rice or unripe plantain
