Ingredients

  • 1 PacketMaggi Noodles
  • 1Chopped Onion
  • 1Grated Carrot
  • 1Chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Cabbage
  • 3-4Chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tbspFresh Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tspGinger Paste
  • 1 tspGarlic Paste
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspCrushed Black Pepper
  • 1 packetMaggi Magic Masala
  • 6-8 tbspBengal Gram Flour

Steps

    Take 1 packet Boiled Maggi Noodles and drain off the water.

  2. 2

    Then in a bowl take the Noodles and add 1 chopped Onion,1 Grated Carrot,1 Chopped Capsicum,Some chopped Cabbage,3-4 Chopped Green Chillies,1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander,1 tsp Ginger Paste,1 tsp Garlic Paste,1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder,1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper Powder,Maggi Magic Masala,6-8 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour and mix this all nicely and make a dough.

    Make balls from the dough using your hand and fry them till they are crispy and serve hot with Red Chilli Sauce or Green Chutney.Nowy your Maggi Pakoda is ready.
