Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsminced mutton kheema
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal (soaked in water for 2 hrs)
  3. 10 clovesgarlic
  4. 1onion roughly chopped
  5. 3green chillies
  6. 3 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tbspoil/ghee(clarified butter) 1 1/2 cup water
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1egg beaten
  12. For stuffing : 2-3 boiled eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai combine all the ingredients (except the eggs)

  2. 2

    Cook on high heat until water evaporates & mutton mince is cooked.

  3. 3

    Cool the mixture & blend in a food processor to a smooth paste. Now add the beaten egg & mix well.

  4. 4

    Now pinch out a lemon size ball portion from the dough. Apply oil in hands & flatten the mixture. Place the boiled egg & wrap up all around covering the egg. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.

  5. 5

    Heat oil & deep fry the koftas on medium heat. When done remove on a absorbent paper.

  6. 6

    Slice it serve hot with dips of ur choice
