Steps

In a kadhai combine all the ingredients (except the eggs)

Cook on high heat until water evaporates & mutton mince is cooked.

Cool the mixture & blend in a food processor to a smooth paste. Now add the beaten egg & mix well.

Now pinch out a lemon size ball portion from the dough. Apply oil in hands & flatten the mixture. Place the boiled egg & wrap up all around covering the egg. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.

Heat oil & deep fry the koftas on medium heat. When done remove on a absorbent paper.

Slice it serve hot with dips of ur choice
